Based on The Gum – Built 2015.
Working with the existing footprint of the house and pool area, we managed to slip this Granny Flat
into the space with stylish flair opening up the views and creating an overwhelming sense of space
this area was previously lacking.

This client wanted the Granny Flat to slot in neatly next to the main home and we’ve come up with a perfect solution to do just that, in fact it’s hard to see where the main house ends, and the ancillary dwelling begins.
