The Banksia Granny Flat is from our two-bedroom range and includes a large kitchen and open plan
living area with 2 spacious bedrooms and bathroom.

Our clients opted to use the second bedroom for a home office which increases its rentability and
why it’s one of Hallmark’s most versatile designs.

This design has cleverly used the same brick and tile selections as the existing main dwelling which
allows it to feel as if it’s part of the home, and not just a ‘shed’ Granny Flat plonked out in the far
back corner of the house like it’s trying to hide.
