There’s no better way to showcase Perth’s perfect weather than with this Hallmark Pool House
Granny Flat design.

This beauty is based on The Gum from our Studio Design range and offers our clients a four-season
area to enjoy their stunning pool and garden views, with all of the mod cons.

Opting for a BBQ Kitchen with sink and wine fridge, of course, I envisage lots of parties and
gatherings for sure.

The bi-fold doors on two sides of the Studio allow the space to be opened up for that inside, outside
connection us Aussie’s love.

Working with the existing footprint of the house and pool area, we managed to slip this Granny Flat
into the space with stylish flair opening up the views and creating an overwhelming sense of space
this area was previously lacking.
