Our main requirement was a trouble free project with no adverse surprises or hassles over trivial variations. We can honestly say that Hallmark delivered on all fronts. In particular, where last minute modifications were considered, we always received a ‘can do response’. Mark and the team did an amazing job the granny flat looks fantastic!! During my search, I met with about 5 different builders – I knew nothing about any of the companies but as soon as I met with Mark I knew he was the one for the job, sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith! Every day the guys were onsite and worked non-stop – they even put up with all my questions and constant changes – lucky for me the tea and biscuits worked. Building the Granny flat was probably the best decision we have made. We still get local passers-by commenting on how fantastic it looks and what a great job the builder did!
