North Perth Granny Flat Review

We selected Hallmark after a careful and extensive research of eight building contractors. Our main requirement was a trouble free project with no adverse surprises or hassles over trivial variations. We can honestly say that Hallmark delivered on all fronts. Hallmark’s tradespeople were all obliging, friendly and highly professional, a pleasure to have around. In particular, where last minute modifications were considered, we always received a ‘can do response’. All things considered we were happy with the way in which our project was managed and delighted with the final result.

Connolly Granny Flat Review

Hallmark Developments WA built our granny flat following a rave review from friends of ours. They certainly didn't disappoint, producing a high-quality build at a reasonable and fair price. Mark is a highly ethical person who takes great pride in his work, and he and his team were easy and pleasant to work with. Lots of our neighbours have said how beautifully the granny flat blends in with the main house and looks like it has always been there. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hallmark Developments!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a superb experience when Mark and his team built a custom designed garage and upstairs ancillary accommodation from our drafted plans. The project was delivered quite quickly in a very tight access space with minimal disruption to our backyard. Nothing was too much trouble as we changed a few things during the build. The tradespeople were all lovely, trustworthy, quality and professional. We would definitely look to Mark if we were to do a similar build again in the future. Thank you team for a great experience and putting us at ease for what can be a very stressful exercise.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A personalized, professional experience during these build works from Mark and his team. What we thought would be a nightmare at the back yard with noise, drilling, digging and more, turned out to be a fun experience with his team as we communicated, chatted, drank coffee or tea on the freezing days and just shared opinions about the growth of the works as they happened.

Mark and team were always open to suggestions and feedback as works progressed, and this made the entire experience smooth running, to deadline, with a super quality finish, exceeding our expectations.. Thanks Hallmark!. Well done- John and Lauretta.
