The Banksia

The Banksia Granny Flat Build completed in Perth:

The Banksia Granny Flat was built to create a seamless flow between the main house and the extension. We used red brick to create harmony between the two buildings.

The spacious bathroom/laundry combination offers ample room, including a double shower head!

The client opted for a gorgeous navy blue subway tile, to create a modern contrast between the white walls and tiled area.

These subway tiles continue into the kitchen splashback, again creating flow between the rooms.

And the navy blue features again in the main bedroom, which includes an in-built wardrobe, and enough room for a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

Just look at all of that beautiful natural light coming in through the double sliding doors!

We had a superb experience when Mark and his team built a custom designed garage and upstairs ancillary accommodation from our drafted plans.  The project was delivered quite quickly in a very tight access space with minimal disruption to our backyard.  Nothing was too much trouble as we changed a few things during the build.  The tradespeople were all lovely, trustworthy, quality and professional.  We would definitely look to Mark if we were to do a similar build again in the future.
