Mark and the team did an amazing job the granny flat looks fantastic!! During my search, I met with about 5 different builders – I knew nothing about any of the companies but as soon as I met with Mark I knew he was the one for the job, sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith! Every day the guys were onsite and worked non-stop – they even put up with all my questions and constant changes – lucky for me the tea and biscuits worked. Building the Granny flat was probably the best decision we have made. We still get local passers-by commenting on how fantastic it looks and what a great job the builder did! My wife and I recently had Hallmark Developments undergo some extensive renovations on our home. This included installing a room in unused roof space, a pergola and a new bathroom installed where our long verandah was. We found Mark to be a creative and intelligent builder who got the most out of our limited space.The end result increased the value of our home considerably.
